In Japan, a traditional breakfast might include rice, miso soup and grilled fish. Every country has its own morning traditions, shaped by its climate, beliefs and customs. A local breakfast offers a taste of everyday life in another part of the world.
We develop our menus with help from embassies, tourism boards, airlines and people from each country living in Tokyo. Learning directly from them brings us closer to their everyday food culture. Through breakfast, we hope to share that joy of discovery with you.
