Reservation information

• Please book online at least two days before your visit.

• For bookings one day ahead or on the day, please call the store.

• We are currently unable to accept reservations at Ginza.

• On weekends and public holidays, reservations are available from 17:00 only.

• To cancel on the day of your visit, you must call the store.

• If you are 10 minutes late or more, your reservation will be cancelled.

• We may be unable to answer calls when busy. On weekends and public holidays, it is easier to reach us after 15:00.

• Even with a reservation, you may need to wait 5–10 minutes to be seated.

• Maximum party size

  • Shinjuku / Kichijoji: up to 4 guests

  • Gaiemmae: up to 2 guests

• Pets are welcome only on the Kichijoji terrace, and are not permitted inside any store.

• Our El Salvador breakfast is available through Sunday, September 27.
