For delivery orders and inquiries, please contact us using the form below. Regular deliveries to offices are also available.
Minimum order: ¥25,000, excluding tax
Delivery fee: from ¥5,000
Order deadline: at least one week in advance
Payment: cash, credit card, or payment by bank transfer against an invoice
Delivery areas: Shibuya, Minato, Chiyoda, Shinjuku and Chuo wards
Delivery hours: 8:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Please contact us about delivery outside these areas or hours.
Cancellation policy
Up to four days before delivery: no charge
Up to three days before delivery: 50% of the order total
The day before or the day of delivery: 100% of the order total
