Maciej, from Warsaw, Poland, will teach you how to make the traditional Polish dish "pierogi". Let's learn a lot about Poland through food while cooking traditional dishes with Mr. Maciej, who is familiar with Polish food culture. A 'pierogi' is an enlarged version of a Japanese dumpling with a filling of meat, mushrooms or cheese. You can also eat sweet pierogi with fruit in summer.

マチェイ・コモロフスキ
ワルシャワ出身。健康によく、伝統的な料理を大事にする家庭で育てられる。日本でポーランド食文化を広げることを目指し、2013年に神戸大学に留学していた頃からポーランド料理教室を始める。プロカメラマン。ワインと日本酒好きな34歳。
