Finnish home cooking taught by Johanna (March 7)

In Finland, we make a lot of oven dishes called casseroles and eat them over 3 days. There are several casserole gratins that use 'seduction' in the name and are made with chopped potatoes. There is also a slightly unusual "temptation of reindeer"! This time, Johanna will teach you how to use venison instead of reindeer to make “Temptation of the Reindeer”.
